Kais Aldahshan is a seasoned clinician and a health IT expert with more than 20 years of experience in the design, implementation, project management and sustainment of large and complex healthcare IT systems. Mr. Aldahshan had served as an Advisor to public health leaders around the world on e-health strategy and operations including the VA and DoD's EHR modernization programs. Most notably he led a successful delivery of a national single instance of Cerner Millennium that connected an entire nation’s healthcare infrastructure under one unified patient record. Having led one of the largest HIMSS analytics certification programs outside of the United States, Mr. Aldahshan is a subject matter expert in clinical process optimization and EHR modernization.
Jeff Loughlin is a trusted leader who builds and develops high-performance teams and cultivates effective partnerships across organizations. Committed to adding value and exceeding expectations through collaborative problem solving, disciplined decision-making, and a customer service mindset. Jeff brings over 20 years of operational experience supporting EHR implementations, HIE interoperability and management, and HIT consulting services to practice and community-based initiatives. Jeff is a US Army veteran with 32 years of military service, currently serving as a Medical Service Corps Colonel, State Surgeon for the Massachusetts Army National Guard. Jeff holds a master’s in healthcare administration from Simmons College in Boston and is currently the Past President of the New England Chapter of HIMSS.
Inbal Cohen Amitai is a highly experienced mediator, facilitator, and cross-cultural expert with deep understanding of the improving dynamic between Israel and Middle Eastern countries. Having been involved with numerous efforts that created an environment of peaceful, effective, and sustainable business relations between Israeli-based entities and their counterparts in the region, Inbal is Healthium’s Ambassador in Tel-Aviv. Her mission is to facilitate the seamless cultural and economic integration between Healthcare companies in the holy land with prospective partners in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and beyond in alignment with the historic Abraham Peace Accord.
Talbott Young is an accomplished leader in the health IT field having led the global operation for Cerner Corporation, Allscripts and NTT Data services (formerly known as Dell services) in an executive leadership capacities. With 20 years of executive and operational experience, Talbott brings tremendous value with his knowledge of program and project management. Talbott holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and is a recognized expert in EHR professional services delivery internationally.
